These guys were great! They gave me an appointment soon after I called, showed up on time, did a quick diagnosis and fix (luckily my Mighty Mule did not need any new parts), and answered all of my (many!) questions about this particular problem and the system in general. Sent a bill so I could pay afterwards. The technician was really knowledgeable and both he and the desk staff were very friendly.
