🏡 Kelly Automatic Gates – Customer Pre-Check List

🔌 1. Power Check

  • ☐ Is the gate system plugged in?

  • ☐ Has a breaker tripped?

  • ☐ Any recent power outage?

  • ☐ Does the gate try to move but stops?

  • ☐ Is it moving slower than normal?
    👉 (Could be batteries — very common)

  • ☐ Are both sensor lights ON?

  • ☐ Are they clean (no dirt/spider webs)?

  • ☐ Are they facing each other straight?

  • ☐ Can the gate be opened manually?

  • ☐ Does it feel heavy or stuck?
    👉 (If yes, could be a gate/hinge issue, not the motor)

  • ☐ Make sure nothing is blocking the gate

  • ☐ Check for rocks, dirt, or debris

  • ☐ Look for anything stuck in the track (slide gates)

  • ☐ Replace remote battery

  • ☐ Check keypad battery

  • ☐ Make sure you are within range
